Happy Friday, y’all!
We made it to Cocktail Hour!
Barely.
I was going to test Ghia, the non-alcoholic aperitif, for you this week, but, honestly, it’s more of a whiskey-from-the-bottle kind of week. Do not pass go; do not get a glass
In fact, if you’ve got some Xanex or Klonopin, this would be a good week to try mixing pills and booze.
I’ve been busy on big deadlines and negotiating some interesting professional opportunities, and I’m mentally toast. So all I have for you this week are sheepies. 🐑🐑🐑
Lambing season started this week for my parents in Montana, and they are on 24/7 watch. That means someone has to be living in the horse trailer — with bucket toilet — round the clock.
I’m so glad to living it vicariously in Detroit via photos. So that’s my gift to you all this week: Cute newborn lambies!
This momma has twins. There may even be some triplets in the herd.
And aren’t my parents so cute?
Ok y’all. That’s if for this week. We’ll try again next Friday.
In the meantime, did you see the Tuesday love letter about Plaguesgiving? It’s really super fun and one of my favorite things I’ve written lately.
Enjoy!
Haven’t we LEARNED about fake booze?! Run! Flee!
I was pouring myself a shot of cheap Scotch when I read this.
